A significant amount of Greg’s practice is dedicated to engineering and construction matters. He is particularly effective in these areas given his designation as a Civil Engineering Technologist and his five years of experience with the Highway Engineering/Construction Department of the Ontario Ministry of Transportation.

Greg has extensive experience in personal injury litigation and insurance coverage matters. Greg has also acted on many complex subrogated matters, and has been involved in a number of large explosion and fire loss recoveries. He is also primary counsel in Ontario for one of the world’s largest concrete companies, dealing with both product and personal injury matters. In addition, Greg has acted on all types of administrative law and civil litigation matters for Tarion Warranty Corporation, the not-for-profit corporation that administers the Ontario New Homes Warranty Plan Act.

Greg received his diploma in Civil Engineering Technology in 1990. He returned to school to complete two years of undergraduate studies at York University in history and political science in 1995. He completed his Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Manitoba.

Greg is an avid skier, boater and BBQist.

Greg is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and The Advocates’ Society.
