Richard is an associate with Lloyd Burns McInnis LLP. He maintains a general civil litigation practice, with experience in the areas of municipal liability, occupier's liability, personal injury, product liability, subrogated claims, human rights, and class actions.

Richard attended law school at the University of Windsor and received his Juris Doctor degree in 2019. Prior to law school, Richard completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics at McGill University and then worked in the not-for-profit sector for a number of years.

Richard was called to the Ontario bar in 2020 and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Canadian Bar Association.
