Tijana Farley is an associate with Lloyd Burns McInnis LLP.  She maintains a general insurance defence practice with experience in areas involving personal injury, occupier’s liability, municipal liability, bar and tavern liability, property claims, insurance coverage and subrogated matters.

Tijana received her Juris Doctor degree in 2015 from the University of Ottawa.  During her studies, she worked at two different criminal defence firms as an intern and summer student.  Prior to law school, Tijana graduated from the University of Waterloo on the Dean’s Honours List.  She completed a major in Honours Legal Studies and a minor in Psychology.

Tijana articled with Lloyd Burns McInnis LLP and joined the firm as an associate after her call to the Ontario bar in 2016.  In 2017, Tijana completed a secondment at one of the world's leading insurers and gained invaluable experience as a claims examiner.  She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
