Jacqueline is an associate with Lloyd Burns McInnis LLP. She is a passionate litigator with experience providing legal services to a variety of domestic and international insurers. She prides herself on taking a pragmatic, cost-effective approach and tailoring a unique solution to every challenge.

 Jacqueline has a broad civil litigation practice with a focus on commercial liability, personal injury, product liability, occupier’s liability, professional liability, human rights, sexual abuse and property damage. She is also often retained to advance subrogated claims. Jacqueline has appeared at the Ontario Court of Justice, Ontario Small Claims Court, the Superior Court of Justice and the College of Veterinarians of Ontario.

 Jacqueline attended Osgoode Hall Law School and received her Juris Doctor in 2021. Prior to law school, she received a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Guelph. She was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2022 and is a member of the Canadian Italian Advocates Organization, Law Society of Ontario and Ontario Bar Association.
